Mr. Khullar was a biomedical engineer for about a decade before becoming an Attorney. He lives by the moto that no profession is more honorable than the law. His approach to resolving each case is a combination of the stochastic process he learned in law school along with an engineering approach he gained while working as a biomedical engineer. Using the understanding of fundamental knowledge of law his approach is the application of this knowledge to practical, as opposed to theoretical, problems. With the realization that the development of skills which are required for professional practice is lot different that theory of law.
He is a registered patent attorney with experience in dealing with intellectual property (patent, trademark, copyright), litigation, and transactional matters. His love of litigation with a practical approach to problem solving made him venture into other areas of law and get successful results for his clients. Mr. Khullar focuses his practice primarily on litigation. He has experience in dealing with about two hundred (200) litigation cases with varied level of complexities.
Mr. Khullar received his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law, his Masters in Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Wright State University and his Bachelor in Science degree in Medical Electronics from Bangalore University, Bangalore, India. As part of his undergraduate studies, Mr. Khullar also studied Physiology, Anatomy, Biochemistry and Pathology.
In addition to his professional life, he is a soccer fan and often plays pickup games. However, when he is not working, his highest priority is to spend time with his wife and lovely daughter
